Goldstone and Blue Goldstone

I read somewhere that goldstone is said to have come about because a monk carrying some copper tripped and the copper fell into a vat of molten glass. Or maybe it's the other way around. Either way, this manmade stone is gorgeous. Brown with copper flecks and navy blue with flecks that sparkle like the stars. It's like having the universe draped around your neck.
